Tactical ticketing for digital events

Most organisations will have experimented with hosting digital events over the last 12 months – from workshops to performance live streams – and we have witnessed amazing innovation undertaken to reach audiences during lockdown.

But how do we ensure that the audience experience remains exceptional enough to encourage repeat custom and drive income for future digital programmes?

In this one-hour webinar Nick Kime, the Digital Culture Network’s Tech Champion for Ticketing, will take a closer look at how you can use ticketing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and help develop pricing strategies that could make your digital events sustainable.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Ticketing tactics to provide a great online customer experience
  • Top tips for encouraging repeat online attendance
  • How to develop a pricing strategy

No prior experience of using ticketing solutions or planning and executing online events is necessary.
