Where have you come from?
Andy is a creative digital professional with 30 years industry experience. After graduating in Graphic Design in 1990, he worked for Dorling Kindersley at the point multimedia and the internet were beginning to shape how brands and organisations promotes themselves online.
After a 10 year stint in London working as a creative for various web agencies, he founded Cite, a Leicester-based digital agency, building it into a 20 strong, £1.5m turnover business. He worked with a broad range of clients including NHS, Continental Tyres and the BBC, among others.
In recent years Andy has worked ad hoc at De Montfort University, setting industry briefs and guest lecturing in UX/UI within the Graphic Design faculty. Alongside his Digital Culture Network and DMU commitments, Andy keeps his hand in as a design freelancer, helping smaller clients maximise presence online.
