Where I’ve come from

Coming from a ticketing background, I worked from the front desk up to managing the Leeds Ticket Hub under Leeds City Council. In that time, I implemented a new ticketing and CRM system to be the Council-wide ticketing solution. I understand the crucial steps of implementation across many cultural sectors, and the necessity of efficient data management. Delivering events across roughly 21 sites, venues and departments, highlights include Leeds International Film Festival, Millennium Square Summer Series, the Carriageworks Theatre year-round programme, and daily admissions throughout Leeds Museums and Galleries.

I have always enjoyed providing one-to-one support and feel that this role at the Digital Culture Network is such a great way to utilise my skills to aid a wider range of organisations across the creative and cultural sector. I am based in Leeds and am thrilled to be supporting organisations and individuals across England.
