Where I’ve come from

I led digital teams at the University of Cumbria and Manchester Metropolitan University, using digital analytics to identify trends and develop data-driven decision making. In both roles I used a mix of platforms, processes and tactics to understand the long and complex purchase cycle in Higher Education, measuring activity, engagement and conversion to find opportunities for growth. Prior to this, I worked at The Lowry in Salford as the Digital Marketing and Sales Manager for ticketing. Here I led on digital campaigns and supported partner organisations to increase revenue through digital channels.

This is absolutely my dream job. It combines my longstanding interest in arts and culture, passion for digital technology and supporting the North West region which I care deeply about. Plus, I get to work alongside incredible organisations across the country.
