Webinar recording – How to audit your eCommerce website and improve your customer journey

About the webinar

In this one-hour webinar, presented by Tech Champion for eCommerce and Merchandising, Kath Brown, you will learn how to audit your eCommerce site and improve your customer journey.

This webinar is suitable for arts and culture organisations who already have an eCommerce site selling products online. We will be focusing on the customer journey for physical products (i.e. books, clothing, homeware etc) rather than tickets.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Understand the stages in a typical customer journey
  • Identify the key customer needs on each page of your site
  • Learn how your website compares to best practice and identify opportunities for improvement

This webinar is accompanied by an article of the same title written by Tech Champion Katherine Brown. The article How to audit your eCommerce website and improve your customer journey can be found here.
